  • Adjunct Prof./ PT Academic Advisor, Blackhawk College, Moline, IL (1994-2002)

About me:

  • I enjoy cooking, spending time with family, and travel whenever I can fit it in!

Community Involvement:

  • Genesis Foundation- Gala (2006-2009). Most of my efforts were for the Clarissa Cook House, Bettendorf, IA. (Big supporter of this cause). This was a hospital auxiliary board designed to raise money for a specific need in the community. Every year a different project. However, my favorite was the hospice house.

  • Rivermont Collegiate Scholastic Book Chairperson (2006-2009)

  • Pleasant View Elementary Scholastic Book Chairperson (2011-2012) & PTA member

  • AFS International Cultural Liaison 2013-2014

  • I was a Rotary Youth Exchange Student to Finland (1982-1983). I can speak some Finnish/Swedish

  • UnityPoint Health Foundation Subcommittees

  • Past President, NRG Network Referral Group in Bettendorf. Currently serving as secretary. Member for eight years.
