David J. Franks has been a practicing attorney in the Iowa and Illinois Quad Cities for over 30 years, practicing primarily in the areas of estate planning, trust administration and probate. He practices with the firm of David J. Franks, P.C., and graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics in 1983 and from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1989. He is a member of the Quad City Estate Planning Council, the Iowa Trust and Estate Council, the Iowa Bar Association, the Iowa Bar Associate Probate and Trust sections, and the Illinois Probate and Trust Section, the Scott County Bar Association, and is a member of NRG Business referral group. David is past Rotarian, past member of the Unity Point Foundation and of the Genesis Foundation. He is active in his family’s farming operation.
